Nicely wooded off water building site, just minutes from the quaint town Lake Tomahawk and less than 15 minutes from downtown Minocqua for all the amenities you would need. 1.2 Acres of rolling terrain gives a picturesque canvas for a variety of building styles. The public boat launch to Lake Tomahawk/Minocqua Chain is less than 5 minutes away, as well as a variety of other recreational lake options for boating, fishing & enjoying a day on the water. Located on a paved town no-thru road, the lot offers easy year round access yet still gives plenty of privacy. Whether you are looking to build a residential home or your place to get away to, this is a good one to take a look at.
I started my real estate career in 1994, when a change in career path led me from Southern Wisconsin to the Northwoods. After attending Abbot Pennings High School in De Pere WI, I obtained degrees from UW Oshkosh, Marian University and a BS in Hazardous Materials Studies from Lakeshore Technical College. After some time working in the Environmental industry, I realized my true passion was in Real Estate. I jumped into becoming a Broker Associate in 1994, and in that time have been an agent and managing broker as well as starting up Big Fish Realty where I remained the Broker/Owner until I found the Redman Realty Group family in 2013. My passion for walking my clients through every aspect of a real estate transaction and insuring their happiness with their decisions is a great fit with the Redman Realty Group’s business practice. My love and knowledge of the area is reflected with consistently being in the top 5% of sales-units/volume. I enjoy spending time in the woods hunting, snowmobiling and even the quiet sports of snowshoeing and skiing. In the warmer months when I am not busy at work, I prefer to be on the water with my wife, and pulling my teenage boys Jake and Casey and daughter Sylvia behind the boat on water skies or a tube, or taking in the sunset by canoe or kayak.
