This property will remind you of all those trips "Up North" when you were a child, heading to grandma and grandpa's at the lake! The 3 seasons cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths in the main home and an additional 1bd, 1bath with laundry in the "bunk house", with attached 1 car garage. The land is what really sets this property apart from the others, 324 feet of frontage and more than 2 acres. Pancake level lot that faces West (desired afternoon sun and sunsets) and wiggle your toes in it, sand swimming frontage. Dry boathouse at the waters edge with rails can fit a fairly large boat or be storage for all the lake toys. Very convenient location only 3 miles from town and you can ATV right from the property.

I started my real estate career in 1994, when a change in career path led me from Southern Wisconsin to the Northwoods. After attending Abbot Pennings High School in De Pere WI, I obtained degrees from UW Oshkosh, Marian University and a BS in Hazardous Materials Studies from Lakeshore Technical College. After some time working in the Environmental industry, I realized my true passion was in Real Estate. I jumped into becoming a Broker Associate in 1994, and in that time have been an agent and managing broker as well as starting up Big Fish Realty where I remained the Broker/Owner until I found the Redman Realty Group family in 2013. My passion for walking my clients through every aspect of a real estate transaction and insuring their happiness with their decisions is a great fit with the Redman Realty Group’s business practice. My love and knowledge of the area is reflected with consistently being in the top 5% of sales-units/volume. I enjoy spending time in the woods hunting, snowmobiling and even the quiet sports of snowshoeing and skiing. In the warmer months when I am not busy at work, I prefer to be on the water with my wife, and pulling my teenage boys Jake and Casey and daughter Sylvia behind the boat on water skies or a tube, or taking in the sunset by canoe or kayak.
