Renowned Whistling Pines Estates is on the market again! This 2.58 acre lot is the perfect building site for someone looking for a quiet area, friendly neighbors, and the tall red pines of the Northwoods. The lot is partially cleared and would work for either a full in-ground basement or walk-out basement home. Natural gas and Spectrum internet are available and the property already has been perc tested (see docs). Neighbors within the subdivision are some of the best you'll find. Bosshard Circle Rd is the perfect walking loop and the roads are well maintained. Lot was surveyed partially into neighboring lot so is, in reality, a lot and a half. Have I mentioned the neighbors?

I started my real estate career in 1994, when a change in career path led me from Southern Wisconsin to the Northwoods. After attending Abbot Pennings High School in De Pere WI, I obtained degrees from UW Oshkosh, Marian University and a BS in Hazardous Materials Studies from Lakeshore Technical College. After some time working in the Environmental industry, I realized my true passion was in Real Estate. I jumped into becoming a Broker Associate in 1994, and in that time have been an agent and managing broker as well as starting up Big Fish Realty where I remained the Broker/Owner until I found the Redman Realty Group family in 2013. My passion for walking my clients through every aspect of a real estate transaction and insuring their happiness with their decisions is a great fit with the Redman Realty Group’s business practice. My love and knowledge of the area is reflected with consistently being in the top 5% of sales-units/volume. I enjoy spending time in the woods hunting, snowmobiling and even the quiet sports of snowshoeing and skiing. In the warmer months when I am not busy at work, I prefer to be on the water with my wife, and pulling my teenage boys Jake and Casey and daughter Sylvia behind the boat on water skies or a tube, or taking in the sunset by canoe or kayak.
