Secluded lakefront acreage! Plenty of peace and quiet! 3 parcels combine for a total of 927' of lakefront and 5.67 acres of land and encompass the end of Evergreen Lane. Tucked away in the woods of Vilas County, yet only approximately 15 minutes outside of Minocqua/Woodruff. Little Sugarbush Lake is a private lake with only a handful of private owners on the 43 acres, which gets to depths of 25-30'. The land features a gradual slope down to the shoreline. This is truly a wooded lakefront privacy parcel. Building sites may work well for a walkout lower level and boast Southwesterly views over Little Sugarbush Lake!

I started my real estate career in 1994, when a change in career path led me from Southern Wisconsin to the Northwoods. After attending Abbot Pennings High School in De Pere WI, I obtained degrees from UW Oshkosh, Marian University and a BS in Hazardous Materials Studies from Lakeshore Technical College. After some time working in the Environmental industry, I realized my true passion was in Real Estate. I jumped into becoming a Broker Associate in 1994, and in that time have been an agent and managing broker as well as starting up Big Fish Realty where I remained the Broker/Owner until I found the Redman Realty Group family in 2013. My passion for walking my clients through every aspect of a real estate transaction and insuring their happiness with their decisions is a great fit with the Redman Realty Group’s business practice. My love and knowledge of the area is reflected with consistently being in the top 5% of sales-units/volume. I enjoy spending time in the woods hunting, snowmobiling and even the quiet sports of snowshoeing and skiing. In the warmer months when I am not busy at work, I prefer to be on the water with my wife, and pulling my teenage boys Jake and Casey and daughter Sylvia behind the boat on water skies or a tube, or taking in the sunset by canoe or kayak.
