Do you like solitude? Chequamegon National Forest awaits you and all of your recreational pursuits. Really sweet 5 acre parcel with electric. Adjoins literally thousands of acres of National Forest. Think of this ... set up your base camp with a camper or cabin - ATV and snowmobile out here where few people tend to go. Hunting is phenomenal for grouse, deer, turkey and bears. Parcel sits on a gravel year round road (Sheep Ranch Rd. (FR 131))and has electric along the road. Few camps in the National Forest can offer this. Well wooded and all high ground - Seller has installed a driveway and cleared an ample building site - use as is or make larger. Big Tees here and not cut over - Maples, Birch a few Oaks. Culvert and new gravel at the driveway entrance. 33 miles to Minocqua, 15 miles to the Pike/Round Lake area and 12 miles to Phillips.
I started my real estate career in 1994, when a change in career path led me from Southern Wisconsin to the Northwoods. After attending Abbot Pennings High School in De Pere WI, I obtained degrees from UW Oshkosh, Marian University and a BS in Hazardous Materials Studies from Lakeshore Technical College. After some time working in the Environmental industry, I realized my true passion was in Real Estate. I jumped into becoming a Broker Associate in 1994, and in that time have been an agent and managing broker as well as starting up Big Fish Realty where I remained the Broker/Owner until I found the Redman Realty Group family in 2013. My passion for walking my clients through every aspect of a real estate transaction and insuring their happiness with their decisions is a great fit with the Redman Realty Group’s business practice. My love and knowledge of the area is reflected with consistently being in the top 5% of sales-units/volume. I enjoy spending time in the woods hunting, snowmobiling and even the quiet sports of snowshoeing and skiing. In the warmer months when I am not busy at work, I prefer to be on the water with my wife, and pulling my teenage boys Jake and Casey and daughter Sylvia behind the boat on water skies or a tube, or taking in the sunset by canoe or kayak.
