1996: Obtained
Real Estate Sales License and started working at Terry Wolfe Realty in
Wisconsin Rapids.
2001: After five
years of being a full time REALTOR©; I obtained my Brokers license and
decided to branch out and work independently.
2002 – 2007:
Purchased an existing Real Estate Company in Wisconsin Rapids and went from an
office of one to having staff plus nine sales agents. We were a thriving real
estate company and also had a property management division.
2007 – 2010:
Seized the opportunity to move to the beautiful Northwoods with my family – so
after selling the business, we relocated from the little town of Rudolph to
Hazelhurst. I decided to put my sales hat on hold while my three kids were
growing up and worked as Adam Redman’s licensed assistant at Re/Max First in
Minocqua for several years. This was the perfect way to get acquainted with the
area and the real estate market.
2011 – 2016: I
became a part of Redman Realty Group since day one when Adam opened the doors
in January 2011. I took on the role of Office Manager until 2014 and then
helped form Redman Rental Group and served as the property manager.
2017-2018: After
building the property management division, I decided that getting back into
sales was in my near future so I worked for my now co-worker, Pat Van Hefty, as
his licensed assistant. This gave me an opportunity to re-famialiarize myself
with the real estate industry.
2018 to Current:
After spending the past 20+ years in just about every role a real estate office
could offer, I decided it was time to get back into sales and eagerly
transitioned back into this role that I love.
My passion is
working with buyers and sellers; helping and guiding them thru the home
buying/selling process. My years in the business is an attribute when there
are bumps in the road for clients and customers. Having the experience of
working thru hundreds of transactions over the years gives me an advantage to
find a solution and keep the transaction moving forward. Living up here since
2007 has given me plenty of time to learn the area, towns and lakes and I can
truly say that I love my job and I work hard to provide excellent service.

PERSONAL
I am married to
Jason and we have three young adult children who kept us busy over the
years. I enjoy camping, fishing,
boating, ATVing, vacationing, crafts/scrapbooking and spending time with my
family and friends. I love living in the Northwoods where my daily commute to
the office consists of little traffic, seeing wildlife, woods and water. It’s
been a wonderful experience raising my family here and my kids enjoy living up
north as much as I do. 2021 is an exciting year for me as I’m excited for my
son Sam to be joining me in the business, he is returning after college
graduation in May to join my team as a licensed agent.
