Nestled at the edge of the Chequamegon National Forest where 1000's of acres of public land are at your disposal for just about any outdoor recreation you would like, sits this beautiful lot. Located approximately 25 minutes from downtown Minocqua in an area of fine homes you will find this well wooded and level lot, mature trees will surround your home and the view will offer an expansive view of the water. SQUAW (Amber) Lake is considered a premier lake in the area not only because of its size (nearly 800 acres, but for its reputation as a high walleye count). Fishing pursuits should not be limited to walleyes only - bring your musky gear as well as the worms as young and old will find all species of fish and in abundance. This is a spectacular recreational lake. Bring your building plans and start making your Northwoods dreams a reality!
I started my real estate career in 1994, when a change in career path led me from Southern Wisconsin to the Northwoods. After attending Abbot Pennings High School in De Pere WI, I obtained degrees from UW Oshkosh, Marian University and a BS in Hazardous Materials Studies from Lakeshore Technical College. After some time working in the Environmental industry, I realized my true passion was in Real Estate. I jumped into becoming a Broker Associate in 1994, and in that time have been an agent and managing broker as well as starting up Big Fish Realty where I remained the Broker/Owner until I found the Redman Realty Group family in 2013. My passion for walking my clients through every aspect of a real estate transaction and insuring their happiness with their decisions is a great fit with the Redman Realty Group’s business practice. My love and knowledge of the area is reflected with consistently being in the top 5% of sales-units/volume. I enjoy spending time in the woods hunting, snowmobiling and even the quiet sports of snowshoeing and skiing. In the warmer months when I am not busy at work, I prefer to be on the water with my wife, and pulling my teenage boys Jake and Casey and daughter Sylvia behind the boat on water skies or a tube, or taking in the sunset by canoe or kayak.
